Suffolk County Council
Mark Pendlington, Chair of the New Anglia LEP
The New Anglia Youth Pledge Marque was created by the New Anglia LEP and partners, including Suffolk County Council, to give businesses who are making positive contributions in supporting young people the recognition they deserve.
The Pledge Marque is awarded to businesses who make a pledge to offer more (or continue to offer) apprenticeships or work experience placements and are involved with the Enterprise Advisor Network, which links business leaders to local schools and colleges. Any business is welcome to apply and make a pledge, no matter how small.
Suffolk County Council is proud to sponsor The Youth Pledge award as it allows us to celebrate businesses which are taking positive steps to support young people to raise their aspirations, gain new skills and offering them real opportunities to progress in life.
Suffolk County Council will be represented in the judging process by Mark Pendlington, chairman of New Anglia LEP.
