Canine Creche Group
Candace Rose, Managing Director, Canine Creche Group
The Canine Creche Group, which has luxury canine day care facilities across Suffolk and the UK, has turned the canine care business on its head! We have changed the traditional model of kennelling and dog care to an inspiring service offer, which gives complete peace of mind to our two-legged clients and enjoyment, fun and love to our four-legged ones.
With more than 20,000 dog day creche visits last year and 3,600 overnight stays, we are clearly the brand of choice. The pet care industry is growing at a phenomenal rate and our company surpasses the average growth, largely due to creating an evolving business that is a trail-blazer for innovation, ensuring that structure and supervision contribute to our enviable safety levels.
We work under the heading of safety first, always challenging ourselves to improve standards. We have viewing panels, creche cams, security procedures, temperament testing (and failure rates) and we open up the creche for the public to take a tour without an appointment. Our team are all trained and we dedicate vast investment to their development. We are award winners for our apprenticeship programme ensuring that newcomers to the animal care industry are trained in our new and innovative ways.
A diverse range of services includes our core business, which is day care, alongside a variety of complimentary services such as hotel overnights, training courses, puppy parties, grooming salon and a retail section with new and unique products. Our new venture is franchising our award-winning business model, with new sites in Suffolk and across the UK, as well as opportunities UK wide under this exciting concept.
Being a multi-award winner, including the winner of this category in 2016, we are delighted to sponsor this award, and keen to see entries from companies that exude these qualities.
Managing director Candace Rose said: “The winner will have a management team/owner who are entrepreneurial, possessing a focus which is balanced across innovation, marketing, operations, staff and finance.”
